Smallholdings and larger properties with businesses or business potential continue to arrive onto the marketplace offering excellent opprtunities for buyers looking to move to West Wales. Second home buyers continue to show cautious optimism and signs of considering an investment in West Wales, especially with the reduction in second home tax in Pembrokeshire to 125%.
