Fees and Charges
Fees are dependent on the requirements of each client so please call us to talk through your needs, with absolutely no obligation.

If you choose to instruct us, a small retainer fee is charged up front which is later refunded from the final fee.

The final fee charged on a property search and completion is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price

Fees for other services such as for rental properties, previewing a house on your behalf, overseeing sales, orientation tours or a negotiation-only service will be agreed on an individual case basis.
