Carol has been an absolute star. She obviously has an extensive and detailed knowledge of the property market, and her many connections throughout Pembrokeshire mean that she is approached by many wishing to sell their properties “off market”. She also gets to know about any new properties coming to market before they reach the estate agent marketplaces. But Carol’s skills go well beyond just this knowledge, she really listened and understood what we wanted in our new home, which was quite a demanding remit ! To describe Carol as “property finder” doesn’t really do her role justice, she did so much more than find us the perfect home.
