Carol has been an absolute star. She obviously has an extensive and detailed knowledge of the property market, and her many connections throughout Pembrokeshire mean that she is approached by many wishing to sell their properties “off market”. She also gets to know about any new properties coming to market before they reach the estate agent marketplaces. But Carol’s skills go well beyond just this knowledge, she really listened and understood what we wanted in our new home, which was quite a demanding remit ! Carol gets the balance just right between sticking to her brief and exploring potential properties just outside of these parameters to make sure that nothing is overlooked.

To describe Carol as “property finder” doesn’t really do her role justice, she did so much more than find us the perfect home. Due to difficulties with our buyer, we had a protracted process and Carol helped us through this immensely. She ended up finding us several properties over an 18 month period, whilst maintaining the utmost confidentiality and discretion and dealt very professionally with vendors, estate agents, solicitors, surveyors etc.

Although we have bought and sold many properties over the years and felt we knew the system well, Carol has an absolute wealth of knowledge about the processes and saved the day for us on quite a few occasions. She is very dedicated to her clients and worked extremely hard for us both before and after finding the properties. Carol makes sure that from offer to contracts everything keeps on track.

It has been a delight to get to know Carol during this process, she is an extremely approachable and down to earth person. In an uncertain market she was always dependable and calm.

Exceptional! In terms of a professional service, it really doesn’t get any better than Carol.

She exceeded my expectations, always going the extra mile.  Very often, I would open my emails and found she’d been working away through to the early hours.  Something I soon came to realise was very typical of her application and commitment.

We used the services of Carol Peett in our recent move from Bristol and Stroud to South Pembrokeshire during late 2009 and early 2010.

It speaks volumes that we were introduced by local personal recommendation in the first place.  The biggest advantage of that introduction was gaining access to properties not on the open market so that when we eventually viewed the small private equestrian property that is now our home we were, in effect, at the head of the queue.

Throughout, Carol kept us fully informed of the progress of our purchase and introduced us to expert advisers and service providers, all of whom have proved to be of high quality and reputation.  These included removals and storage operators as well as legal and financial professionals.

Whenever we had a question, Carol was quick to answer the phone or call back and ensured that no unforeseen delays occurred, especially in the run up to exchange of contracts and completion.  She even collected the keys and delivered them along with a bottle of good champagne, already chilled!

We would add that, although we dealt mainly with Carol, if Rayner took our call he was always aware of our current situation and able to help.

We have no hesitation in commending Carol and Rayner for due recognition of the quality of the services they provide.
